Every video accessible through TikTok belongs to the person or organization who created and posted it, or to TikTok/ByteDance Ltd. under its own terms. Reoire does not create, own, host, or claim any rights over that content. We simply help a visitor fetch a file they've asked for, from a link they've provided.
Your responsibility as a user
Saving a copy of a public video for personal, private viewing is very different from reposting it, monetizing it, or presenting it as your own. By using Reoire, you agree that:
- You will only download content you have the right to save, under TikTok's terms and applicable copyright law
- You will credit the original creator if you ever share or reference the content elsewhere
- You will not use downloaded videos in a way that infringes the creator's rights or violates TikTok's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service
Reoire cannot verify the rights status of any individual video and takes no responsibility for how a downloaded file is used after it leaves this site.

Fair use
Some uses of short clips — commentary, criticism, parody, or educational use — may qualify as fair use under copyright law in certain jurisdictions. Whether a specific use qualifies depends on the facts and the law where you live; we're not able to give legal advice on individual cases.

- A description of the content and a link to the original TikTok post
- Confirmation that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf

We take these reports seriously and will look into any request promptly.

Reoire relies on a third-party service to read TikTok's publicly available data. We don't control that service's uptime, accuracy, or practices, and we make no guarantee that any specific link will resolve successfully at any given time.
